Corrections
Mistakes happen, even with careful checking. This is how we fix them, openly.
Last revised 21 October 2026 · Applies to kozolecnews.com
1. How to report an error
Email editors@kozolecnews.com with the link to the story, the sentence you think is wrong and, if you can, a source that shows the correct information. You can also write to us by post at Larch & Hay Publishing LLC, 117 Union Blvd, Denver, CO 80221, USA.
2. What happens next
The editor, or a writer who did not write the story, reviews every report within two working days and replies to tell you what we decided and why.
3. How we correct
- Factual errors (a wrong name, number, date or claim) are corrected in the story, and a dated note at the end explains what was wrong and what we changed.
- Significant errors that change the meaning of a story are also noted at the top of the story.
- Minor fixes such as typos or broken links are corrected without a note.
- We do not delete stories to hide mistakes. In rare cases a story may be removed for legal reasons; if so, we say that it has been removed and why.
4. Updates
When a story develops after publication, for example when an event is rescheduled, we add an “Update” note with the date and time, separate from corrections.
5. Corrections log
No corrections have been published in the last 30 days.
